PHILOSOPHY

The ODG philosophy accommodates your particular target audience using primary learning paths supported by parallel and supplementary learning paths. This mentality narrows our “do versus know” strategy, allowing learners to demonstrate competencies based on performance-based and scenario-driven requirements as opposed to simply memorizing and regurgitating content. A knowledgeable target audience always appreciates learning options catering to different learning styles and we embrace the notion of providing these options.
